We would congratulate Nordic Visitor in the manner the holiday was planned/organised. We had no issues during our stay. The hotels were well located in relation to the train stations, and were of a high standard. The voucher system worked well and presented no difficulties. Pity about the rain in Bergen, but the locals told us, that it always rains in Bergen. Already recommended the trip to friends. Thanks for all your assistance prior to the visit.

I really like that I have an assigned agent for my trip booked with Nordic Visitor. As our plane arrived late at Copenhagen airport, I didn't see the limousine drive holding a sign with my name and got worried. I sent an email to my agent, and was informed right away that she had called the limousine service and told me the exact location the drive was waiting. I found the driver and started to relax and enjoy my first trip to Scandinavia. The upgrade to the first class train ride from Stockholm to Copenhagen really enhanced the journey. The detailed itineraries reminded us things to do and suggested attractions to visit. The overall experience with Nordic Visitor is simply awesome.

The hotels were great, especially the one in Copenhagen and Flam. Everything was so well organized an thought through I.e. the hotels were positioned closely to the train station. We had enough time in each of the places we visited as well. The night in Flam was perfect timing to slow down the trip and relax a little! Excellent experience, timely communication. Very easy and low maintenance which is exactly what I want when booking with an agency.

Sofia was very, very helpful. This is our second tour with Nordic Visitor. Last year we went to Greenland was impressed with Nordic Visitor and booked another vacation. The location of hotels and quality of hotels was excellent. All hotels were close to train stations and also close to tourist activities. As this was our first time to Sweden, Denmark and Norway I did have questions and Sofia was very quick to answer them. This is our type of vacation as we prefer self guided over group tours. I would recommend your company and in fact have already done so. Again, a big thank you to Sofia.

I would recommend Nordic Visitor to anyone who wants to travel in Scandinavia. My husband and I were able to focus on the sightseeing experience knowing that all of our accommodations and transportation between cities were taken care of. We received all of the materials we needed and our travel consultant marked our hotels and train stations on maps to assist us in new cities. I can't say anything negative about the experience.

We thought that Sofia's organisational skills were excellent. She was professional, friendly and organised some excellent hotels - in terms of location and helpfulness of staff. This was a fantastic holiday. A real adventure that we both thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for making this possible.
