Reviews

We don’t like to brag, so we’ll let our happy customers do it for us.

Excellent experience

Our overall experience was excellent. We were able to adapt our plans according to what we wanted; any changes were communicated by Irja promptly and she accommodated a change that we requested with good humour and skill. Hotels were well situated within short distances from public transport hubs and were of a very high standard. We loved the independence of our travels but were reassured every step of the way by Nordic Visitors suggested itineraries. We would highly recommend the company to any traveller and if ever in Scandinavia again will avail ourselves of their services.

Everything was great

Everything on our tour was great and it all went according to plan.

Kudos to Nordic Visitor

Our train to Trondheim from Oslo was completely cancelled at the last moment due to storm flooding. We were pretty quickly put on a bus instead, and your representative (Irja) called to make sure we were being taken care of. Kudos.

Superb service from our travel consultant

The service we received from Annie was superb. The documentation package we received was complete and we only had 1 question, which was quickly and clearly answered. The hotels booked for us were near the train stations, which we really appreciated. The hotels were all clean but the rooms were very small.

Prompt responses

We read our timetable wrong on one day and Irja came to our assistance very promptly with options which we were able to take up. A complimentary fiord tour was very thoughtful. Flåm was beautiful but the cruise ships dampened my desire to stay longer. My only negative was the bus trips - which were of course out of your hands, Long days, not anticipated… All emails were responded to promptly and any issues addressed with kindness.
